1.1 Free Standard Shipping – Clawbud provides free standard shipping on all domestic orders within the United States. Free shipping is automatically applied to eligible orders and does not require additional codes, payment, or verification.

1.2 Shipping Carriers – Clawbud utilizes a variety of shipping carriers, including but not limited to USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and other authorized shipping providers. Carrier selection is at Clawbud’s discretion based on cost, delivery time, package size, and destination.

1.3 Shipping Confirmation – Once an order has been processed and shipped, Clawbud will provide tracking information via email or account notifications. Customers are encouraged to monitor the shipment using the provided tracking details.

1.4 Order Processing Time – All orders typically require 1–3 business days to process, prepare, package, and hand over to the shipping carrier. Processing time may vary due to inventory availability, order volume, holidays, or other operational factors.


2. Estimated Delivery Times

2.1 Standard Delivery – Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days from the date of shipment, depending on location, carrier, and local postal conditions.

2.2 Extended Delivery Periods – Certain factors may extend delivery times beyond the standard estimate, including:

4. Shipping Delays and Exceptions

4.2 No Chargeback Guarantee – Purchasers acknowledge and agree that if a shipment is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, Clawbud is not obligated to approve chargebacks, refunds, or other payment reversals solely due to shipping delays, provided the order has been processed and shipped in accordance with this Policy.

4.3 Partial Shipments – Some orders may be split into multiple shipments if items are coming from different warehouses or suppliers. Each shipment may have separate tracking and estimated delivery times.


5. Delivery Issues

5.1 Lost or Stolen Packages – Clawbud is not liable for packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier, unless shipping insurance or other special arrangements have been purchased or approved.

5.2 Incorrect Delivery Information – Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping information. Clawbud is not responsible for packages delayed, misdelivered, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

5.3 Refused Deliveries – If a shipment is refused or returned to Clawbud, the purchaser may be responsible for additional shipping costs or reshipment fees.


6. Tracking and Communication

6.1 Tracking Availability – Clawbud provides tracking numbers for all shipments when available. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.

6.2 Customer Responsibility – Purchasers are responsible for monitoring the tracking and delivery status of their orders. Clawbud is not liable for failure to track shipments.

6.3 Notifications – Clawbud may send multiple notifications regarding order processing, shipment, and delivery. Customers agree to receive these notifications and understand they are for informational purposes.


7. Shipping Policies for Special Circumstances

7.2 Backordered Items – If an item is temporarily out of stock, Clawbud may delay shipment until the item becomes available or ship it separately from other items in the order.

8. Legal and Policy Disclaimers

  • Clawbud is not responsible for delays, lost, or misdelivered packages caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors outside of its reasonable control.
  • All estimated delivery times are approximate and non-binding.
  • Purchasers agree that delays do not constitute grounds for automatic chargebacks, payment reversals, or claims against Clawbud when orders are processed and shipped according to this Policy.
  • Nothing in this Policy limits statutory rights under applicable law.
